Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

Non-Refundable Service Fees:
Upon engaging POOL of Cars, your initial service fee is immediately allocated toward essential services, including:

  • Purchasing Carfax reports.

  • Conducting market research and pricing analysis.

  • Creating professional listings and ad copy.

  • Advertising your vehicle across various platforms (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp).
    These services are labor-intensive and require upfront costs, making the initial service fee strictly non-refundable.

Service Commitment:
POOL of Cars is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services as outlined in our offerings. Our goal is to maximize your vehicle's visibility and sale potential.

Changes to Services:
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any services to adapt to market changes or technological advancements, ensuring the highest quality service for our clients.

Cancellation by Client

You may cancel the service agreement at any time. However:

  • If cancellation occurs after services have commenced, a $49 cancellation fee will be charged to cover partially incurred costs.

  • The initial service fee remains non-refundable as it covers the upfront expenses necessary to prepare and advertise your listing.

Paid Advertising Duration

  • Paid Platforms (e.g., Craigslist): Paid advertising will remain active for up to 90 days.

  • Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and POOLofCars.com: Paid promotions will run for the first 30 days. After that, listings will remain live organically until the vehicle is sold.

Additional advertising beyond the initial duration can be arranged for an extra fee.

Customer Responsibility

To maximize the success of your vehicle sale, your active cooperation is required. This includes:

  • Timely Communication: Responding to emails, texts, and calls from POOL of Cars and potential buyers within two hours during business hours.

  • Accurate Information: Providing comprehensive and truthful details about your vehicle.

  • Buyer Interactions: Ensuring all buyer communications and transactions are conducted responsibly.

Failure to adhere to these requirements may negatively impact the sale outcome.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where POOL of Cars is registered. Disputes not resolved directly may be subject to binding arbitration.

Amendments to This Policy

POOL of Cars reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
